Once a dance hall, historic Bertoldi Hall is now home to Side Rail Collective. Our space includes seven working studios as well as a gallery, kitchen and small flex use spaces.

Our Code of Conduct:
Side Rail Collective is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, age, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form.
This code of conduct applies to all Side Rail Collective spaces, including our location at 5511 ½ Airport Way South, Seattle WA, 98108, both online and off. Anyone who violates this code of conduct may be sanctioned or expelled from these spaces at the discretion of Founder Kate Cudney or when they are not present the decision will fall to the two thirds agreement of onsite Collective Members, as defined in this document as the "Community Team”
Some Side Rail Collective spaces may have additional rules in place, which will be made clearly available to participants. Participants are responsible for knowing and abiding by these rules at all times.
