Big Show of Small Works

Our annual holiday show featuring small arts and crafts perfect for gift giving! 

Please read through the submission process carefully!

There are two categories Artwork and Print/Card each have their own submission and separate hanging fees

To be considered, please submit work that is:

  • Under 10” in all directions – including frame

  • Completed artwork only

  • Handmade/Artist Made

  • All Mediums Accepted

Artist may submit to one or both categories:

  • Artwork Category:

    • Submit up to 5 works.

      • 2-3 works guaranteed to be installed 

      • 1-2 works as backstock for when art sells and installed if space provides

      • Side Rail may request more work if all pieces sell

  • Print Category:

    • Submit up to 5 print or card designs/variants 

      • Prints/cards must have some sort of protective sleeve.

      • 2–3 designs guaranteed to be installed.

      • 1-2 works as backstock for when prints sell and installed if space provides

      • Up to 2 copies of each design may be provided as backstock (for when a design sells out).

      • Side Rail may request more work if all prints sell.

Higher consideration will be given to work that is:

  • Smaller giftable items

  • Works priced under or around $200

Important to note:

  • Submit below by September 6th

  • Acceptance emails sent by September 13th

  • Free to Submit 

  • Hanging fees:

    • paid only by accepted artist

    • Artworks Category – $30 (one time per artist not piece) 

    • Print/Card Category – $20  (one time per artist not piece)

    • Fee Assistance & Volunteer Information

  • No commission is taken by the Gallery, Artists are paid directly via given digital payment method and artwork is taken home the same day.

  • As this is a high selling show we kindly ask for a 10% donation to the gallery if your total sales exceed $100. – This helps the collective keep the cost of participation low for so many makers.

  • Artwork must be dropped off - no shipping
